User Data Deletion Request

At Minisama, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, you have several options:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Log in to your Minisama account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request via email:

  1. Email us at contact.minisama@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Please send the email from the address associated with your Minisama account so we can verify your identity.

We aim to process all email requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
  • Your scan history and saved items
  • Your preferences and settings

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
